摘 要:
以牛心肌为原料，采用分段盐析法提取肌红蛋白，离心透析后，用Sephadex G-100柱层析纯化。电泳结果表明，纯化后的肌红蛋白为一条粗带，与纯品肌红蛋白比较位置完全相同。试验证试采用分段盐析法提取，Sephadex G-100柱层析纯化方法可获得肌红蛋白纯品。[著者文摘]

The Purification and Appraisal of Cattle Heart Muscle Myoglobin

Abstract:
Myoglobin was extracted from cattle heart muscle by fractional salting out. After centrifugal and dialysis, the sample was purificed by Sephadex G-100 column chromatography. The results obtained electroresis show that there was one band. It was confirmed that sample was purified Myoglobin in comparison to purity Myoglobin.[著者文摘]
