摘 要:
通过对公路土石方调配原理、原则及现今实际工作中调配方法的说明分析，提出解决土石方调配计算机计算的编程思路，并给出具体的计算步骤和计算机程序框图。同时给出程序最终输出结果表，该表列出了概预算中运用定额需要的工程量，便于概预算人员直接进行定额抽取，节省工作时间，减少失误。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
By illustration and analysis of highway earthwork mixing principles and mixing methods in actual work, the paper poses the programming thinkings of computer for calculating the earthwork mixing, gives the concrete steps of calculation and the block diagram of computer program. At the same time it gives an final program output meter for results. Present meter lists the engineering quantities required for norm utilization in budgetary estimate and budget, which is convenient for personal of budgetary estimate and budget to extract directly the norm, save the job time and reduce the fault.[著者文摘]
