国外遗产保护与利用研究进展与启示

摘 要:
国外遗产保护与利用研究有100多年的历史，遗产保护概念内涵与外延不断拓展。国外重视遗产资源的非物质价值，采用分区理论规划遗产地，运用先进信息技术保护与展现遗产资源，并积极引导社区参与遗产保护与管理。国外丰富的遗产研究经验对我国新时期构建和谐社会有积极的启示：要重视遗产精神价值研究，遗产在人地和谐关系中的载体作用，遗产保护、利用在类型与区域上的公平性，以及利用信息技术保护、规划、管理遗产资源。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
One hundred years before, the utility and protection of heritage has began. The connotation and denotation have been increasingly widened. The non-marketing value of the heritage resources have been stressed. With the help of the zoning and information technology, people began actively to guide the participation of community. The research experience of the foreign nations offers us much implications in building harmonious society which means that the spirit value of the heritage be noted, the functions of the heritage shoulders within the harmonious relationship between mankind and nature, the fairness in the protecting types and the regional distribution, information technology of protecting, planning and managing heritage resources.[著者文摘]
