在阜阳市地下水资源评价过程中,发现传统的越流理论存在问题,运用越流理论难以对地面沉降做出合理的解释,也难以对地下水资源做出客观的评价。文中以阜阳市资源评价中的实际情况为例,进行剖析,探讨水资源评价中的越流问题。[著者文摘]
