科技投入优化配置运行机制的研究

针对科技活动研究开发阶段、中试阶段和商品化阶段不同的资金配置特点。采用结构模型解析法。对科技投入优化配置运行机制进行模型表述，分析了影响科技投入优化配置的因素，提出了建立和完善科技投入优化配置的运行机制。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Affording to the capital collocation features for developing, experimental and commercial stages of technological researches, the paper describes the model of the running mechanism for optimum allocation of S＆T input, and brings forward the running mechanism which builds and perfects optimum allocation of S＆T input by adopting analytic principles and methods of structural model.[著者文摘]
