摘 要:
探讨知识产权战略国际化的发展趋势,从时代背景、立法历程、管理体制、企业知识产权文化四个方面分析比较了中日知识产权战略。我国应借鉴日本知识产权战略,一方面有选择有重点地开发原创性自主知识产权,一方面引进先进技术开发再创性自主知识产权;要逐步建立统一的国家知识产权管理部门,加强企业知识产权战略实施。[著者文摘]

Comparison of Intellectual Property Strategy Between China and Japan

Abstract:
In this paper, the international development trend of intellectual property strategy is discussed, and the difference of the times background, legislative history, management system and enterprise intellectual property culture between the intellectual property strategy of China and that of Japan is analysised. Tha author Point out that China should learn from Japan＇s intellectual property strategy, and on the one hand, choose to foeus on the development of original intellectual property fights, on the other hand develop our own newly - ereated intellectual property fights by introducing advanced techology.
