摘 要:
目的：观察加味芍药甘草汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：颈型颈椎病患者122例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，分别给与加味芍药甘草汤和羌活胜湿汤治疗，并观察对比两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率95．16％；对照组总有效率71．67％，两者经统计学处理，有显著差异。结论：加味芍药甘草汤内服治疗颈型颈椎病疗效优于羌活胜湿汤内服。[著者文摘]

To Cure 62 Case of Cervicum-type Cervical Syndrome by the Medicinal Broth of Additional Paeonia and Glycyrrhiza Uralensis --To contrast on Curing 60 case of cervicum-type Cervical Syndrome by the Medicinal Broth of Incised Notopterygium Rhizome or Root Dewtting

Abstract:
objective： To observe the clinical effects of the medicinal broth of additional Paeonia and Glycyrrhiza uralensis to cure cervicum-type cervical syndrome（CS）. Method： One hundred twenty-two patients of the cervicum-type cervical syndrome（CS）were randomly divided into two groups, the cure group and the control group. In order to observe and contrast the effect of treatment during the course, the group was given the medicinal broth of additional Paeonia and Glycyrrhiza ura lensis, and the control group was given the medicinal broth of incised notopterygium rhizome or root dewetting. Result.. The total effective rate of the cure group was 95.16%, whereas that of the other group was 71.67%. The statistics result of two group was significantly differencte. Conclusion： The curative effect of the medicinal broth of additional Paeonia and Glycyrrhiza uralensis is better than that of the medicinal broth of incised notopterygium rhizome or root dewetting on treating cervicum-type cervical syndrome（CS）.[著者文摘]
