摘 要:
国家自然科学基金，是衡量高等学校科技实力和学科建设水平的重要标志，提高其申请的中标率是高校科研管理部门和科研教师所面临的难题，也是科研管理者的重要职责和任务。从分析某高校2006年国家自然科学基金申请落选原因人手，针对评审专家的反馈意见，提出相应的对策，以期对科研教师和管理者提供参考。[著者文摘]

Analysis of the failure reasons for natural science foundation of China and the argumentation for countermeasures

Abstract:
Natural Science Foundation of China （NSFC）gain rate is one level symbol for science and technology and one discipline of colleges and universities. To improve the gain rate is a difficult problem of scientific research managers and teachers of colleges and universities,and also an important function or task of scientific research managers. In this article,the failure reasons for NSFC of a certain colleges and universities are analyzed. The corresponding measures are put forward aiming at the advice of the experts,in order to provide a reference to scientific research managers and teachers.[著者文摘]
