摘 要:
目的：探讨具有凶杀行为的精神疾病患者自杀的危险因素。方法：调查1986年至2006年具有凶杀行为的精神疾病患者院内自杀身亡31例，采用多因素Logistic回归分析自杀行为危险因素。结果：具有凶杀行为精神疾病患者自杀男：女=3、43：1，自杀行为的发生与家族自杀史、悔恨、绝望、心理社会因素及杀害对象有关。结论：悔恨、绝望、心理社会因素等是具有凶杀行为精神疾病患者自杀的危险因素，对于有凶杀行为的精神疾病患者自杀行为应加以干预。[著者文摘]

Analysis of suicidal behaviors in patients with mental disorders and homicidal behaviors

Abstract:
Objective：To analyze the risk factors of suicidal behaviors in patients with mental disorders and homicidal behaviors. Method：The data were collected about 31 patients with mental disorders＇ and homicidal behaviors who died by suicide from 1986 to 2006. The risk factors of suicidal behaviors were analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression. Results： The ratio of male and female cases was 3.43 ： 1. The suicidal behaviors were related to familial history of suicidal behaviors, feeling of regret and hopelessness, psychosocial factor and victims. Conclusion： The feeling of deeply regret and hopelessness, psychosocial factors and victims possibly are the risk factors associated with suicidal behaviors in patients with mental disorders and homicidal behaviors, and the intervention should be taken.[著者文摘]
