Abstract:
This paper proposes making flexible use of multi-teaching methods to improve teaching ability of young teachers of clinical medicine. Various teaching methods employed are introduced in this paper： participating in the process of building ＂ learning ring＂ to benefit both teaching and learning, learning and making use of famous teachers＂ teaching skills, using the teaching method of problem-based learning （PBL） and ＂learner-centered＂ teaching model, making use of digital and visualized teaching platform and audio-visual teaching method.[著者文摘]
