摘 要:
加强《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程建设是贯彻《中共中央宣传部、教育部关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》（教社政[2005]9号）（以下简称05新方案）的迫切要求,是当前深化高校思想政治理论课教学改革的重要任务。加强《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程建设必须从科学的课程定位、全新的教育理念、时代性与针对性统一的教学内容、有效的教学方法等方面入手,积极探索,深入实践,务求实效。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Strengthening the construction of the curriculum of ＂Thought Morals Tutelage and Legal Foundation＂ is the urgent need to implement ＂Suggestions for the Improvement of Ideology and Politics Teaching in Higher Education from Central Committee of the CCP Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Education （the teaching society politics [ 2005 ] 9） （hereafter refers to as No.05 new plans） ＂. This is an important task in the current reform of ＂Ideology and Politics Teaching＂ in higher education.To strengthen the construction of the curriculum of ＂Thought Morals Tutelage and Legal Foundation＂ , We must begin with the orientation of the curriculum, the brand-new teaching theories, the proper course content with consensus of epochal character and direction, and effective teaching method,to strive for positive exploration, thorough practice and actual effect.[著者文摘]
