川崎病的特征为广泛的中小血管炎症,以心血管系统的损害最为严重,可形成冠状动脉扩张和冠状动脉瘤。但目前川崎病及其冠状动脉损害的发病机制仍未明确,多种因子如一氧化氮、血管内皮生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶及遗传因素等可能参与其发病,引起广泛关注。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Kawasaki disease(KD) is featured by wide polyangitis,especially that of cardiovascular system is most severe, which can form coronary artriceectasis and coronary anemysm. But the mechanism of kewasaki disease and coronary artery injury are still unclear. Many factors including NO,VEGF,MMPs and genetic factor perhaps participate in their pathogenesis, which is attracting more attention.[著者文摘]
