摘 要:
目的 建立淫黄胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Zorbax SB—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈-水（25：75，V／V），流速1．0mL／min；检测波长270nm。结果 淫羊藿苷的进样量与其峰面积积分值在0．09984～0．59904μg范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），平均加样回收率为97．77％，RSD=1．77％（n=6）。结论 本法简便可行，准确可靠，可用于淫黄胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。[著者文摘]

Determination of Icariin in Yinhuang Capsules by HPLC

Abstract:
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of icariin in Yinhuang Capsules. Methods The HPLC assay was performed on a Zorbax SB-CIs column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-aquous （25 ： 75, V/V） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the detective wavelength was 270 nm. Results A good linearity of icariin was obtained in the range of 0.099 84～0.599 04μg （r=0.999 8）. The average recovery was 97.77% and RSD was 1.77% （n =6）. The method is simple, feasible, accurate and reliable. It can be applied to the determination of icariin in Yinhuang Capsules.[著者文摘]
