摘 要:
经ELISA方法测得的空腹血浆抵抗素水平，2型糖尿病患者显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；而在有和无糖尿病微血管病患者之间，不存在明显差异（P〉0．05）。经胰岛素治疗，血抵抗素水平明显下降。[著者文摘]

The influence of the insulin treatment on plasma resistin level

Abstract:
ELISA was used to examine fasting plasma resistin. Resistin level was significantly increased in type 2 diabetic patients as compared with normal controls（P〈 0.05）. Fasting plasma resistin level was not statistically different（P〉0.05） between the patients with and without diabetic microangiopathy. After treatment with insulin, the level of resistin was significantly dropped.[著者文摘]
