现代酒店业的竞争与发展需要较强交际能力的管理人员。对40名酒店管理人员的外语交际策略培训实验结果表明,策略培训对帮助外语学习者克服交际障碍、增强学习者进行交流的自信心、提升语言者的交际能力和交际表现都具有积极作用。[著者文摘]
