摘 要:
目的 观察胸腺肽α1联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦在治疗老年耐药铜绿假单胞菌性肺炎中的作用。方法 对35例老年耐药铜绿假单胞菌肺炎病例分为应用胸腺肽α1联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗组和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗组,观察治疗前后临床症状改善、痰培养、血常规、C反应蛋白(C-RP)、血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD4^+,CD8^+)。结果 胸腺肽α1联合头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗组临床症状改善,耐药铜绿假单胞菌消失时间,血常规恢复正常的时间,C-反应蛋白降低,血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白正常,T淋巴细胞亚群水平CD4^+升高,CD8^+降低,CD4^+/CD8^+比值正常均明显高于单用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦治疗组。结论 胸腺肽α1可改善机体的免疫功能、炎症反应和蛋白质代谢,与头孢哌酮/舒巴坦联合在治疗老年耐药铜绿假单胞菌性肺炎中具有协同作用。[著者文摘]

Drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa Pneumonia in Older Patients Using Thymosin α1 Combined with Sulperazone

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the values of drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia in the older patients using thymosin α1 combined with Sulperazone. METHODS The thirty five older patients with drug-resistant P. aeruginosa pneumonia were divided into two groups, one group was treated with thymosin al combined with Sulperazone, the other group was treated with Sulperazone alone. We observed the changes in clinical symptom of the patients, results in culture of sputum, routine blood test, C-reactive protein(C-RP), albumin, pre-albumin, and T cell subset before and after drug use. RESULTS The clinical symptoms of the patients were improved, days of disappeared drug resistance of P. aeruginosa, reconverted normally days of routine blood test, decreased concentration of CRP, albumin, and prealbumin reconverted to normalize, increased percent of CD4^+, decreased percent of CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ were more prominently reconverted to normalize in thymosin α1 combined with Sulperazone treated group than in Sulperazone alone group. CONCLUSIONS Thymosin α1 can improve immunological function, inflammation condition and protein metabolism. Its application with Sulperazone has a coordinated effect on drug-resistant P. aeruginosa pneumonia in the older patients.[著者文摘]
