摘 要:
目的探讨头孢曲松钠所致不良反应（ADK）的一般规律及特点。方法对1996～2006年头孢曲松钠不良反应国内文献源进行统计分析。结果头孢曲松钠的不良反应多在小于5min或1，2h 2个时间段内发生。不良反应以心血管系统和皮肤及附件损害为主，分别为43．10％和20．69％，其次为神经系统（14．66％）的不良反应。在116例不良反应中可痊愈的为111例，占95．69％，2例患者有严重后遗症占1．72％，有2例死亡占1．71％。结论头孢曲松钠不良反应涉及多个系统，所以应合理应用头孢曲松钠，尽量减少不良反应的发生，确保用药安全．[著者文摘]

Analysis of 116 cases of adverse drug reaction ceftriaxone sodium reported in domestic medical journals

Abstract:
[Objective] To explore the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） of Ceftriaxone sodium. [Methods] A statistically analysis was conducted on ADR of Ceftriaxone sodium, reported in domestic literatures from 1996 to 2006. [Results] The ADR of Ceftriaxone sodium commonly appeared within 5 minutes or 1 to 2 hours after administration. Cardiovascular system injury and skin and enclosure system injury was the most frequent, and followed was nervous system injury. The outcome of ADR showed that 95.69% patients fully recovered, 1.72% patients had sequelae, and 1.71% patients died. [Conclusion] Ceftriaxone sodium is widely used in clinical therapy and their ADR is comprehensive. So it is important to pay more attention to rational use of Cefiriaxone sodium and enhance the clinical monitoring. Ensure safety in the clinical Ceftriaxone sodium application.[著者文摘]
