川芎嗪关节腔内注射治疗兔骨关节炎模型的研究

摘 要:
目的:观察川芎嗪注射液对兔骨关节炎模型的治疗作用。方法:12只新西兰兔,利用Hulth法建立兔膝关节的骨关节炎模型。术后4周膝关节腔内给药。依照注射药物不同将24只膝关节分为A组(川芎嗪组),B组(透明质酸钠组),C组(生理盐水组)。注药4周后,处死动物,采用组织学方法和透射电镜技术观察膝关节软骨组织的退变情况。结果:川芎嗪组和透明质酸钠组膝关节骨关节炎的病变程度明显轻于生理盐水组(P〈0.05);川芎嗪组和透明质酸钠组骨关节炎的病变程度差异无统计学意义(P〉0、05)。结论:川芎嗪能明显减轻兔骨关节炎的病变程度。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective The effects of Ligustrazine on osteoarthritis were explored with an established rabbit model. Methods Huhh experimental osteoarthritis models were conducted in twelve mature New Zealand White rabbits, and then were divided into three groups. Weekly intra - ariticular Ligustrazine and sodium hyaluronate injections were performed for 4 weeks after operations, and continuously up to the 8 weeks after operation, until the articulate cartilages of knee joint were harvested for evaluation. The evaluation methods involved histological and transmission electron microscopic method. Results The degeneration of cartilage in the Ligustrazine injection group and the sodi- um Hyaluronate injection group were less than that in the physiological saline group ( P 〈0. 05 ). However, there were no significant difference of cartilage damage between Ligustrazine injection group and the sodium Hyaluronate injection group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion This was the first study to show that the treatment efficacy of Ligustrazine for reducing the degeneration of cartilage in experimental osteoarthritis model.[著者文摘]
