摘 要:
同一律的基本内容是指在同一思维的过程中保持自身思维的同一性和在特定的语言环境中保持与他人思维的一致性。同一律在思维实践中有着十分重要的作用，在论文写作中运用同一律，可以确保论题前后的一致性，增强文章的说服力；在说话和演讲中运用同一律，可以确保说话和演讲的主题突出，增强语言感染力；在论辩中运用同一律，确保辩论始终围绕辩题进行，从而真正辩明是非；在司法问话中运用同一律，可以保证问话的恰当性及问答的一致性，从而提高办案效率。[著者文摘]

Recognizing and Using Identity Law Properly

Abstract:
Identity law plays an important role in the practice of thinking. Using identity law in paper writing, the consistency of papers can be ensured and the paper can be made more persuasive. Using identity law in talking and speech, the main idea can be highlighted to strengthen the contagiousness. Using identity law in debate, the debate be ensured to go around its subject to get a judgment. Using identity law in judiciary trials, the properness and consistency of asking and answer can be guaranteed to improve the efficiency of dealing with ease.[著者文摘]
