摘 要:
对照《法律论证原理》的原文《Fundamentals》分析，又发现译文另一些问题，有些问题还十分严重。详细罗列和指出了《法律论证原理》主题索引中严重的术语翻译错误、正文中一些不恰当的译法，和一些不对称的翻译等等问题。这些问题的出现涉及到逻辑学和论辩理论的根本问题和基本原理。鉴于该书对法律论辩理论的重要性和对我国法律专业学者和学生的重大影响，译者、校者和出版者应该尽快组织修订版。[著者文摘]

Re-Criticism of Fundamentals of Legal Argumentation

Abstract:
By carefully compare Fundamentals of Legal Argumentation with its original, Fundamental, a number of other mistakes are found, some of which are still very serious. This paper lists and points out the serious mistakes of technical term in index of terms of Fundamentals of Legal Argumentation, a number of inappropriate translations and inconsistent translations in text of translation. The emergence of these mistakes involves basic problems and principle of logic and argumentation theory. Considering the book has important influence on the theory of law argumentation, on professional scholars and law students in China, translators and publishers should publish a revised edition as soon as possible.[著者文摘]
