摘 要:
归纳分析了4种精神文化发展动力观。认为人类文化的进步是多种文化因素作用的结果。这些动力所起作用的大小，影响的深度、广度及其性质在不同的文化环境下不总是固定的。阐述了文化进步的动力的本质性因素和非本质性因素跟文化进步的关系，以及本质性因素在精神文化发展中的功能，指出人是文化发展的最本质动因。阐述了构建社会主义和谐社会对精神文化发展动力的要求。[著者文摘]

Impetus Theory on Spiritual Culture Development

Abstract:
This paper sums up four kinds of views on developing impetus for spiritual culture and holds that the progress of human cultures is the product of interactions of many cultural factors and these impetuses differ in their effects, influence, scale and natures because of different cultural backgrounds. In addition, this paper expatiates on the relationship between the essential factors and non-essential factors of impetus for cultural progress and cultural progress, the functions of essential factors in spiritual culture development, and points out the most essential factors for cultural development. Finally, this paper discusses the requirements of constructing socialist harmonious society for the impetus of spiritual culture development.[著者文摘]
