罗隆基在人权论战时期，用功用的标准来诠释人权与国家、人权与法律的关系，指出不同时间不同国度的人权具有时空性特点，由此构建其人权理论体系，旨在说明在国民党党治下人权是人们必争的权利。进而评析其人权理论。[著者文摘]

Construction of A Theory of Human Rights --By Luo Longji

Abstract:
Luo Longji adopted the standard of function to expatiate the relationship between human rights and the state, and between human rights and law, to point out that human rights has the spatic-temporal characteristics referring different time and different countries. Based upon this, he constructed the theoretical system of human rights to explain that human rights, under the rule of Kuomintang, was the rights which people strived for. Further he commented on and exposited his human rights theory.[著者文摘]
