CAS仲裁裁决在中国的顺利执行目前还得不到中国相关法律的保障。从介绍体育仲裁院仲裁制度入手，主要对2008年北京奥运会CAS裁决在中国执行所面临的问题进行研究。并提出粗浅的看法与建议。[著者文摘]
