随着我国经济与世界经济联系日益紧密，我国企业的跨国并购已经成为我国对外开放的主流投资方式之一。目前我国企业的跨国并购活动已经形成了一定的规模，具备了一些促进企业跨国并购的优势，同时也存在着一些环境障碍。我们应当从实际国情出发，探索和选择我国企业参与跨国并购的策略。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
With the increasingly tighter economic relationship between China and world, cross-border M＆A of Chinese enterprises is one of the most important ways of China＇ s foreign investment. Through reviewing the research on theory of cross-boarder M＆A, we analyzed the motivation, superiority and inferiority of cross-border M＆A of Chinese enterprises, then proposed a taeties system from mode selection, motivation selection, marketing brand and financing channel in order to decision-making reference of Chinese enterpri ses.[著者文摘]
