构建社会主义和谐社会是一个庞大的系统工程，需要社会各方面的整体协调推进。法治是实现和谐社会根本目的的基本保障，是实现和谐社会特征的重要保证，是协调和谐社会多元利益关系的主要机制，因此法治在构建社会主义和谐社会中具有至关重要的作用。要充分发挥法治的重要作用，需要从立法、执法、司法、法制宣传和法律监督等方面对法治进一步建设和完善。[著者文摘]

Comment on Important Effect in Ruling by Law in Structuring Harmonious Society of Socialism

Abstract:
Constructing harmonious society of socialism is an ample system engineering, which need every social aspect entire har monious propulsion. Rule by law is the fundamental insurance in realizing harmonious society basic purpose, is the important guarantee in realizing the harmonious society characteristics, and is the main mechanism in harmonizing multivariant harmonious society interest relation . Therefore, rule by law have the all-important effect in structuring harmonious society of socialism . In order to bring into full play the important effect of rule by law ,we need further construct and perfect it in many aspects ,which including legislation, enforce the law ,judiciary,legal institutions propagation and legal supervision , etc.[著者文摘]
