摘 要:
分析了雅典奥运会俄罗斯代表队竞技实力下滑的主要原因，首先是受前苏联竞技大国心态的影响；其次是与俄罗斯竞技体育管理体制的混乱和俄罗斯巨大的社会经济变革等有密切关系，同时，还对2008年北京奥运会后我国竞技体育体制改革进行了思考。[著者文摘]
