摘 要:
气候保护国际法律框架的公正性是发展中国家积极参与国际气候保护合作的一个重要前提条件。“人均平等排放权”原则作为分配减排义务的原则在法律上符合正义原则。这一原则应作为评价发展中国家在未来的气候保护法律框架中应承担的义务模式的标准。[著者文摘]

Climate Protection and Environmental Justice： The International Legal Framework of Climate Protection and the Participation Mode of Developing Countries

Abstract:
Justice of international legal framework of climate protection is an important precondition for active participation of developing countries in international climate protection cooperation. The ＂equal per capita entitlement,＂ a principle related to distribution of commitment of greenhouse gas reduction, is consistent with the principle of justice from the perspective of science of law. It should be deemed a criterion to evaluate the commitment mode of developing countries in the future climate protection framework.[著者文摘]
