目前，高中新课程通用技术教师大都由其他学科教师转型而来的，在教学中面临着许多的新挑战和困惑，必须研究通用技术课程特点，实现从原有学科向通用技术教师转型，提高适应新课程教学的能力，建立促进教师专业成长的机制，形成专业发展的支持系统。[著者文摘]
