本文以首批创建白金五星级试点饭店为例,抽取相关饭店员工问卷样本进行满意度分析,采用SPSS13,0统计软件对员工是否满意、满意与不满意的因素并结合个人信息进行T检验和方差分析,以期对我国豪华饭店员工满意度现状进行评析并提出相关改进建议。[著者文摘]

A Study on Job Satisfaction of Deluxe Hotel Employees: Based on a Survey of the First Patch of Platinum Five Stared Hotels

Abstract:
With the construction of the first patch of platinum five stared hotels, the authors made a job satisfaction survey of the pilot hotel employees. By applying SPSS 13.0., they tested employee job satisfaction with three index including Whether Satisfied, Satisfied and Not Satisfied. The authors also made a T-test and variance analysis with the personal information collected. This study attempts to make a summary of the status quo of job satisfaction research of deluxe hotel employees and present some suggestions for improvement.[著者文摘]
