系统性红斑狼疮患者血清生长激素水平检测的临床意义

摘 要:
目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者血清生长激素（GH）水平的变化。方法：采用放射免疫分析法（RIA）检测83例SLE患者和30例健康体检者血清GH水平。结果：SLE组血清GH水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）;活动期SLE组GH水平显著高于静止期SLE组（P〈0.05）;83例SLE患者血清GH水平与抗ds-DNA抗体水平呈正相关（r=0.753,P〈0.05）。结论：SLE患者血清GH水平较正常人高,且与病情活动有关,可将GH作为判断SLE病情活动性的指标之一;GH在SLE的发病中可能起一定的作用。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective： To investigate the serum growth hormone（GH） levels of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus（SLE） patients.Methods： Serum GH levels were determined in 83 SLE patients and 30 matched healthy controls by automated chemiluminescence system.Results：The mean serum GH levels were significantly higher in SLE patients than those in healthy controls（P〈0.05）,and the GH levels were significantly higher in active group than those of inactive group（P〈0.05）.Serum GH levels of 83 SLE patients were positively correlated with anti-ds-DNA antibody levels（r=0.753,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The results suggest that the mean serum GH levels of SLE patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls.The elevated serum GH correlates with active disease in SLE which indicates GH might participate in the pathogenesis of SLE and serum GH could be a useful marker for disease activity in SLE.[著者文摘]
