摘 要:
目的：探讨欧式眼成形术后畸形的整复方法。方法：根据患者眼睛畸形成度分别采用粘连组织松解、自体组织填充的方法一次性修复上睑凹陷畸形。结果：25例患者应用单纯粘连松解治疗5例,粘连松解＋组织充填术治疗20例。术后随访3-6个月,所有患者术后恢复良好,眼睑形态满意,上睑凹陷得到纠正。1例自体游离脂肪充填患者因脂肪吸收,术后两侧轻度不对称,两次充填后形态满意。结论：采用一次性手术修复＂欧式眼＂成形术后畸形可以达到满意的临床疗效。[著者文摘]

Correction of the Deformity of Sunken Upper Eyelid after Construction Double Eyelid

Abstract:
Objective：To evaluate the methods to correct the deformity of sunken upper eyelid after ＂Occidental upper blepharoplasty＂ on Oriental people.Methods：From 2002 to 2004,a total of 25 patients with deformity of sunken upper eyelid were treated by reliving adhesion tissue or/and filling with autogenously tissue.5 cases were treated only by adhesiotomy,the others were followed by autogenous tissue filling.Results：All cases were received good results in 3～6 month followed up and the deform corrected.Conclusion：The deformity of sunken upper eyelid can be corrected in the first operation.[著者文摘]
