摘 要:
在空间布局方面，青海城市（镇）发展的重点区域为河湟谷地和青藏铁路、公路沿线的海西地区，其他区域城市（镇）发展的重点在于增加人口规模，提高城镇的辐射功能和对区域发展的带动功能；在规模结构方面，应充分挖掘和发挥现有城市特别是大城市的辐射带动功能，积极培育中等城市，加大特色小城镇建设力度，优化城市规模结构，加快城市化进程。[著者文摘]

Ideas of City Layout in Qinghai from a Population Viewpoint

Abstract:
The thesis points out some ideas of optimizing the urban structure and quickening the process of Qinghai urbanization. In urban design , we should identify Hehuang valley and Haixi along the Qing -Zang railway as the key areas of Qinghai urbanization, while the other cities and towns should lay heacy stess on increasing of the population, improving their demonstration and radiating role. In the scale structure, we should deepen the radiating function of existing cities, especially big cities, foster small and medium cities, and build small towns with character.[著者文摘]
