摘 要:
法律信仰的建构，民众的守法精神固然是根本，但只有对法的价值合理性和工具合理性产生了双重认同，对“法律人”有了内．心的信任，守法才可能真正内化为主体心中稳定的精神内蕴。因此．法律信仰的精神内蕴是以法学家的批判精神和法律职业者的法治精神为其前提基础和内在动因，以守法精神为其完美展现的统一，而在中国法律信仰的建构道路上，并非是民众，而是法学家和法律职业者应当担负起特殊而艰巨的使命。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
To construct the faith in law, obeying the law is the root spirit. Only when the worthy rationality and the function rationality of the law would be produced, and the trust in ＂the men of law＂ would be built up, the faith in law should be really changed into stable spirit inside the heart.
