摘 要:
民族文化保护意义重大、任重道远,各级政府是民族文化保护最重要的主体。目前,在民族文化保护中,地方政府存在认知不清、职能不明、工作不力、措施缺位等问题。因此,需要从制度层面明确各级政府在民族文化传承保护中的职能与地位,形成科学、合理、可持续发展的民族文化传承保护机制与体系。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Preservation of ethnic cultures have very important significance. Government at all levels play a principal role for the preservation of ethnic cultures.
