摘 要:
以《孙子兵法》与组织文化战略间的相互关系为立论中心，分析了从组织文化视角研究《孙子兵法》的可能性。《孙子兵法》中对领导者素质的要求、战略管理思维的要求和决策能力的要求等思想都对当今的组织管理者的修养具有切实的指导性。《孙子兵法》中的关爱部属、依法治军等理论对于规范的组织文化制度建设和组织凝聚力的生成也具有重要的借鉴意义。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Based on the co-relationship between Military Science of Sun Tzu and organizational culture,this article analyzed the research feasibility of Military Science of Sun Tzu from the perspective of organizational culture. The ability of leadership, strategic management thinking and the decision-making ability required by Military Science of Sun Tzu was of practical guiding importance to the self-cultivation fo supervisors and managers.
