摘 要:
以芦丁为标准品,在紫外光谱仪上得到测定总黄酮的最大吸收波长kin=350.5nm以及标准工作曲线的回归方程:Y=0.02350X+0、32390,相关系数为r^2=0.99473。利用溶剂浸提法制取样品,在相同工作条件下测定雷竹叶中总黄酮含量。计算出平均含量为26.12mg/g,并通过红外光谱测验,交叉验证提取物的成分。实验选取优化的提取条件为:用50%的乙醇、料液比1:18、在80℃下浸提2~3次,每次1.5h。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Take the Rutin as the standard, using UV established the λmax=350.5nm and the regression equation of the standard working curve Y=0.02350X+0.32390, the correlation coefficient was r^2=0.99473.with the way of soaksing in solvente draw the total flavanone in bamboo leaves,to determined and calculated the content is 26.12mg/g, and by FT-IRthe compositions were tested and verified. In the experimentation the drawing condition is best: with 50% ethyl alcohol ;the material fluid compare 1:18;soak under raise 2-3 times ,each time 1.5h; the temperature was under 80℃.[著者文摘]
