摘 要:
以芦丁为标准品，在紫外光谱仪上得到测定总黄酮的最大吸收波长kin=350．5nm以及标准工作曲线的回归方程：Y=0．02350X＋0、32390，相关系数为r^2=0.99473。利用溶剂浸提法制取样品，在相同工作条件下测定雷竹叶中总黄酮含量。计算出平均含量为26．12mg／g，并通过红外光谱测验，交叉验证提取物的成分。实验选取优化的提取条件为：用50％的乙醇、料液比1：18、在80℃下浸提2～3次，每次1．5h。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Take the Rutin as the standard, using UV established the λmax=350.5nm and the regression equation of the standard working curve Y=0.02350X＋0.32390, the correlation coefficient was r^2=0.99473.with the way of soaksing in solvente draw the total flavanone in bamboo leaves,to determined and calculated the content is 26.12mg/g, and by FT-IRthe compositions were tested and verified. In the experimentation the drawing condition is best： with 50% ethyl alcohol ;the material fluid compare 1：18;soak under raise 2-3 times ,each time 1.5h; the temperature was under 80℃.[著者文摘]
