本研究以Dular(强化感)和Lemont(弱化感)水稻杂交产生的重组自交系(recombinent inbred lines,RILs)及其亲本为供体植物,并以稻田主要杂草稗草为受体植物,采用琼脂迟播共培法对群体及亲本化感作用进行测定及评价。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
In this paper,we uses the recombinent inbred lines (RILs) drived from the crosses by the rice cultivar Dular(strong aUelopathy) with Lemont(weak aUelopathy) as genetic materials. Allelopathic effect of rice RIL population and their parents were detected by relay-seeding, co-culture in agar (RCA) .The result indicated that root-length inhibitory effects of Barnyardgrass mediated by rice RIL population is close to normal distribution and it can be used as an allelopathic representative for genetic analysis.[著者文摘]
