摘 要:
随着我国经济的迅猛发展，人民币汇率的快速攀升，国内外多数投资者看好我国的经济发展前景，巨额“国际热钱”通过各种形式涌入我国。截至2007年9月底，我国外汇储备已达到14663亿美元。外汇储备的快速增加，对我国的内外经济影响也越来越大。本文就我国高额外汇储备对我国经济的负面影响，分析了存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了几点思考和建议。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the continuously rising of the exchange rate of RMB, the most of the investors in China and abroad have good prospects of China＇s economy. Immense amount of ＂international hot money＂ has poured into China in many forms. Up to the end of September, 2007 the foreign exchange reserve has reached 1,466.3 billion. The fast increase of foreign exchange reserve has more and more influence on China＇s economy, both at home and abroad. This essay discusses the negative effects of the huge foreign exchange reserve on China＇s economy, analyzing the existing problems and-putting forward some proposals.[著者文摘]
