此文就福建省高校公共体育“三自”教学改革的现状，采用问卷法和走访法及文献资料等方法对所得的数据进行分析研究。发现改革存在的问题，同时提出相应的对策与建议，为促进我省高校公共体育“三自”教学改革的健康稳步地向前发展提供参考。[著者文摘]
