摘 要:
全文主要分析了我国优秀跳远运动员的起跳阶段摆动腿的摆动技术，并与国外优秀跳远运动员的摆动技术进行对比分析。通过他们对速度利用率、踏板速度、腾起初速度、起跳角等技术参数的对比，从中找出差异。[著者文摘]
