从屋顶花园的构造出发,结合屋顶花园的功能、国内外发展现状和趋势,讨论和阐述了屋顶花园建设过程中荷载、培养基质、防水防风和使用安全等几个关键环节出现问题的原因,提出了解决这些问题的对策。[著者文摘]

Study on Anatomy of Rhododendron simsii Planch. and Its Systematic Implication

Abstract:

METHODS: By means of scanning microscope and light micaroscope,observations were made for studying the morphological and anatomical features of petal,flower scales and leaves of Rhododendron simsii Planch..RESULTS:According to observation by scanning electron microscope,stomatal apparatus are found dis- tributed in abaxial faces of petal and flower scales,which is compatible with the fact that stomatal apparatus are only distributed in abaxial faces, with distinctive varation in types of stoma; epidermal hair is observed distributed in abaxial faces of flower scales,and abaxial and adaxial faces of leaves,and also hair found in the whole bottom of petal; in contrast with leaves,a certain varation is found existed in anticlinal wall pattern of epidermic cell of rhododendron simsii planch., petal slightly undulated or approximately flat,leaves slightly undulated to deeply undulated,cellular shape irregular. CONCLUSION:These findings can be used as evidence and reference on taxonomic category and phylogeny of rhododendron simsii planch, among rhododendron.[著者文摘]
