摘 要:
运动员是奥运会的主体，参加奥运会的运动员在享有一定权利的同时也应承担相应的义务。奥运会参赛运动员的权利包括从事体育运动以及参加奥运会的权利、平等和不受歧视的权利、进入国际奥委会某些决策团体的权利等。奥运会参赛运动员的义务包括遵守《奥林匹克宪章》等国际体育规章、尊重奥林匹克产权以及将有关奥运会争议提交仲裁的义务。我国参赛运动员应特别注意的问题就是有权将有关争议提交国际体育仲裁院，以及在开发自己的商业形象时应考虑到自己的国家或者集体的权益。[著者文摘]

Legal rights and obligations of athletes participating in Olympic Games

Abstract:
The athletes are the main subjects in the Olympic Games. In the Olympic Games, they are entitled to certain rights and obligations. The rights include the rights to attend the Olympic Games, to enjoy equality and nondiscrimination, to participate in some decision-making organisations etc. The obligations are to comply with the Olympic Charter, to respect the Olympic property rights,and to file disputes to arbitration. The Chinese athletes should know well of how to report the Olympic related disputes to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and to take into account the national interests when developing their own rights of publicity.[著者文摘]
