摘 要:
体育用品企业不仅应该创造利润,对股东利益负责,还要承担对员工、消费者、商业伙伴、社区、自然环境等利益主体的社会责任,包括生产安全、职业健康、保护劳动者的合法权益、提供安全的产品和服务、遵守商业道德、支持慈善事业、捐助社会公益、保护自然环境等。承担和履行更多的社会责任,是体育用品企业提高自身竞争力的需要。为此,体育用品企业要正确认识和处理企业的经济责任与社会责任的关系,树立正确的企业责任观,把企业社会责任的履行放在突出位置。[著者文摘]

Construction of social responsibility and sustainable competitiveness of sports product corporations

Abstract:
Sports product corporations should not only make profit, but also undertake the social responsibility for their employees, customers, commercial companies, social communities, and natural environment. These include safe production, health, protection of the employee's legal rights, providing safe products and service, complying with the commercial morality, supporting for the charity, donating for the social service and protecting the natural environment. In order to promote its competitiveness, the undertaking pf more social responsibilities is needed for the sports product corporations. Therefore, realizing the relationship between the economic responsibility and the social responsibility, setting up the correct idea and stressing the social responsibility should be emphasized by sports product corporations.[著者文摘]
