摘 要:
党的十七大把“加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设”作为落实科学发展观，推进发展中国特色社会主义的社会建设的一个重要方面，并指出“和谐社会要靠社会共同建设。我们要紧紧依靠人民，调动一切积极因素，努力形成社会和谐人人有责、和谐社会人人共享的生动局面”。作为体育工作如何在发展体育运动的同时，在关注民生、共建和谐社会中发挥作用，是值得体育人思考的问题。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The 17^th CPC National Congress implements scientific outlook on development, promotes the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and points out that building harmonious society need everybody＇s effort. We must rely on our people and activate all positive aspects to build the harmonious society.
