摘 要:
裁判员的素质是影响篮球运动普及与提高的重要因素之一。通过运用问卷调查法、访谈法和现场观察法对安徽省第六届大学生篮球联赛裁判员的来源、水平、待遇和管理状况进行调查研究，结果发现，安徽省大学生篮球联赛裁判员结构呈现多元化，裁判员的水平层次不齐，裁判员队伍不稳定等等。究其原因是因为在裁判员的管理上缺乏系统性和长期发展规划。研究的目的是为大学生篮球联赛的科学化管理提供理论参考。[著者文摘]

A Study and investigation about the Refrees of Anhui Province University Student Baasketball League Tournament

Abstract:
The quality of the refrees is one of the most important factors that influence the improving and expanding of basketball. This paper mainly studies the sources, competence, salaries and management of the refrees of AUBLT. The result shows that the composition is diversified, their competence is unequal and the team is not stable. The main cause of the present situation is lack of systemtic management and long-term plan. The purpose of this research is to provide theoretic reference for the scientific management of AUBLT.[著者文摘]
