Abstract:
Based on the theories in psychology and esthetics as well as philosophy perspectives, the research discussed the effective factors in competitive gymnastics the best and fullest performance of bodies; youth vitality; difficulties; novelties; stabilities and influences. Competitive gymnastics is also thought to be a demanding sport of art with beauty as its soul.
