摘 要:
铬铁废渣是生产铬盐或其氧化物所排放的废渣。它富含水泥生产必需的CaO、Al2O3、SiO2、Fe2O3等有益组分;但其中MgO含量较高,是破坏水泥安定性的最主要因素;废渣残留的Cr^6+对人体健康、环境产生危害。本文从铬铁废渣的形成过程入手,分析了它的基本化学组成及特征,并提出铬铁废渣在水泥生产中应用的工艺方法。[著者文摘]

On the Application of Cr- Fe Waste Residue to Cement - making

Abstract:
Cr - Fe waste residue is derived from production of chromate or chromium oxide. The Cr - Fe waste residue is rich in useful constituents such as CaO, Al2 O3, SiO2, FeaO3, etc. necessary to make cement and in harmful constituent MgO damaging stability of cement. Cr^+ 6 in the waste residue damages human health and environment. This paper deals with basic chemical compositiom to start with forming process of the waste residue and puts forward a technology of the application of the waste residue to cement - making.[著者文摘]
