摘 要:
区域性高校占普通高校的一半左右，其主要任务是为地方经济建设和社会发展服务。在社会主义新农村建设中具有特殊作用，属于面向广大农村的高等教育范畴。区域性高校必须树立以服务为宗旨。在贡献中求发展的办学理念．构建适应本区域尤其是新农村建设需要的人才培养模式，为农村建设提供科技支撑，推动新农村文化建设健康发展。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The regional colleges and universities occupy about the half of ordinary colleges and universities, which serve primarily for local economic construction and the social development.
