针对目前大学毕业生日益增多的违约现象，分析产生的原因以及提出相应的对策与建议。认为遏制违约现象，必须加强信用教育；注重毕业生就业定住与签约的技术指导工作；建立完善高校的信用管理体制：制定并完善相应法规。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
