摘 要:
Gibbbard（1973）——Sattenhwaite（1975）防策略不可能定理是社会选择理论中最重要的不可能定理之一。该定理说明一个定义在广泛偏好域上的社会选择函数，如果它的值域中至少包含三个备选社会状态，那么它是防策略的当且仅当它是独裁的。但是通过对偏好域加上单峰偏好的限制，对于总是选择孔多塞胜者的社会选择函数，既是防策略的，又是非独裁的。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Gibbard （ 1973--satterwaite （ 1975 ） ＂s Strategy - proof Impossibility. Theorem is one of the mecessary theorems in social choice theory, which demonstrates the social choice function of a definition under an extensive preference domain. If there are at least three sparing social states in its domain, then its strategy - proof state is dictatorial. However, if limitations are given to the preference domain and the single -peak preference, then the social choice function for Condorcet Winner is both strategy - proof and un - dictatorial.[著者文摘]
